Frank was assigned to the USS KEARSARGE. He spent most of his tour of duty in the Vietnam arena. After leaving the Navy, he was employed with the Oregon State Police assigned to the Roseburg Office. Frank lost his battle with cancer due to agent Orange on July 18,1984, leaving behind a wife and three children . Never forgotten Forever loved.
